Our Dance classes cater for students aged 3-20yrs. We offer a wide range of dance subjects including:
Modern-Ballet-Jazz-Lyrical-Contemporary
Juvenile Dance Programme
The Juvenile dance programme (3-5yrs) is hugely popular amongst younger students. Students focus on the development of gross motor skills, socializing, counting/colours, self-expression all while nurturing their creative ability.
These classes are delivered in a fun and invigorating manner incorporating modern and ballet dance while instilling dance technique right from the beginning.
Junior Dance Programme
The Junior dance programme (6-9yrs) is a fusion of ballet and modern dance designed for eager young dancers. Students are sure to blossom with enthusiasm during this programme as they explore an array of dance styles in an educational manner. Your child will evolve drastically in confidence.
Senior Dance Programme
The Senior dance programme (10-13yrs) offers students the chance to become fully immersed in developing and building their dance ability , creativity, confidence and lifelong friendships. Students study modern, ballet and jazz dance - fostering a love for dance in a positive environment.
Intermediate Dance Programme
The Intermediate dance programme (14-18yrs) is designed to challenge students in exploring more depth into their dance training and skills. Students study the foundations of modern, jazz, lyrical and ballet dance. Students will explore more technique and skills in a challenging and exciting manner. Class content includes warm-up, stretches, stamina, conditioning, combinations and choreography skill.
Company Dance Programme
The advanced company dance programme was created to offer aspiring students a platform to enhance and excel their talents.
This programme is invite/audition based and is taken as a second class in addition to your weekly class above. The programme offers a Junior company (8-12yrs) & a senior company (13-18yrs) . Students have the opportunity to work at an extremely with various different teachers& workshops, performances, displays and auditions.
All students have the opportunity to perform in our yearly showcase at Cork Opera House and also prepare for yearly dance examinations.
